The Farmhouse is the heart of Nolton Haven, offering generous space for extended families or group holidays. Set just above the beach with sweeping sea views, this traditional property combines rustic charm with modern comforts.

Inside you’ll find a spacious dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for large self-catering meals. The eight bedrooms are spread across the first floor, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Eight bathrooms ensure no queues after the beach.

The large kitchen has 2 dish washers, a large range cooker, American style fridge freezer with ice maker (also a drinks chiller facing the dining room) and plenty of cupboard space to make catering for large groups easy. There is a large oak dining table with seating for up to 16 in the dining area with another table and chairs available if booking the farmhouse along with another property. The floor is fully tiled to make life easier for families.

The Farmhouse also has 3 sitting rooms. The first being just off the dining area which leads into the large lounge area with seating for 18 people, a modern log burner, a large smart TV with Satellite and patio doors leading out into the garden. The final sitting room is a quiet reading room set at the front of the house. It is an ideal space to get away from it all and relax!
