Part of a small complex of new purpose built cottages which overlook the beach at Nolton Haven. Shearwater Cottage has been finished to WTB 4* standard and sits in the old farmyard just below the farmhouse.

As you enter the cottage through the porch area you have the stairs leading up on your right and the large open plan living area to your left. The downstairs area is fully tilled – perfect for those little sandy feet or paws coming up from the beach! The large living space is comfortably decorated with a wooden dining table and chairs, leather sofas, TV with DVD player and free WiFi, coffee tables and sea views from the windows. The well equipped kitchen sits at the back of this space with its large America style Fridge freezer and easy serving assess to the dining table. Just off from the living areas you have the downstairs shower room and toilet leading on to the downstairs twin bedroom. Also downstairs this cottage boosts two sets of patio doors – one leading out into the front walled garden with picnic bench and spectacular sea views and the other leads into the back enclosed brick paved area with hooks for hanging up your wetsuits.

Upstairs the cottage is fully carpeted and consists of 3 bedrooms and a further 3 bathrooms. The large Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sea views and an en-suite shower room. There is a double bedroom in the front which also has sea views and a twin bedroom to the rear which has access out to a first floor enclosed garden area. All are fully finished with lots of storage options. There is a travel cot and high chair provided for the littlest members of the family and also dog friendly. The cottage is gas central heated and all of the bills are included in the price. Lining is provided but you will need to provide your own personal towels.

This cottage can also be rented alongside any other in the block in order to accommodate larger family groups.
